We here at Quickworldwide design, manufacter, build, and ship all of our helicopters right here in the U.S.A.
We thought we would show you what it takes, and who is behind the name
QUICKWORLDWIDE.
A long time ago, about 11-12 years, Irwin Siner of Helis and Hobbies International and a partner by the name of Mr. Tatsuya Iyobe started making parts for various kinds of helicopters. Some of these were the XCell line, Ergo, and Shuttle. They called their enterprise QUICK WORLDWIDE (QWW). They made axles, head parts, and other machined pieces. About 7 years ago, Mr. Siner & Iyobe attempted to purchase the TSK Company and was unsuccessful. Within a few months the TSK Company went bankrupt & eventually out of business with in one year. The QUICK Learner 30 size helicopters were eventually born during this time period. The parts were made by Mr. Iyobe in Japan, in the USA in Colorado, and in Pennsylvania. Kits were assembled in the USA and marketed and sold by QWW. Quick of UK began about 13 years ago. This enterprise with QWW was successful for some time, but eventually (about 5 yeas ago) QUICK of UK and QUICK Worldwide separated. During that approximate time, Mr. Siner and Mr. Iyobe parted ways and Mr. Iyobe remained producing some helicopter parts and other machined parts in Japan under the QUICK of JAPAN (QOJ) name. Later he began doing business with a company now called helicopterhobbies owned by a Mr. Howard Little. Presently Mr. Siner owns the QUICK WORLDWIDE name. (QWW is a DBA for HHI). QWW has some molded and fiberglass parts made in China. Carbon and G-10 parts are made in USA. Machining is done in the USA.
